Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Export Sales Executive to drive our export business growth. The ideal candidate will be anEgyptianwith a strong background in export sales, preferably within the FMCG or edible oil sector, and a proven track record in developing new markets. This role will be based in Djibouti and will play a key role in expanding Golden Africa's presence across key global and regional markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets.
- Identify, evaluate, and penetrate new international markets, particularly in Africa, the Middle East, and other strategic regions.
- Manage end-to-end export operations, including sales negotiations, contracts, pricing, and shipment coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and trade partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in target markets.
- Collaborate closely with production, supply chain, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth export operations.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings as required.
Requirements
- Egyptian(mandatory requirement).
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in export sales, preferably in FMCG or edible oils.
- Strong expertise in international sales, market development, and cross-border business operations.
- Proven track record in identifying and establishing new markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation, incoterms, customs regulations, and international logistics.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
- Willingness to relocate and be based full-time in Djibouti.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic and French are added advantages.
