Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Export Sales Specialist to join our team in Cairo. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing international sales, managing client relationships, and expanding export opportunitiesparticularly in fresh, frozen, and freeze-dried fruits and vegetables.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, identifying new markets, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of international clients
• Identify and pursue new export opportunities and markets
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales agreements
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely shipment and delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  

Requirements (Mandatory)

• 35 years of experience in export sales of fruits and vegetables (fresh, frozen, or freeze-dried)
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (required)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage international clients and close deals
• Good understanding of export procedures, documentation, and logistics coordination
  

Preferred

• Experience working with Gulf, European, or African markets
• Additional languages are a plus
