Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in El Mohandessin for the position of Senior Extranet DMC. The role involves managing and maintaining relationships with hotel partners, ensuring consistent and accurate content on the extranet system, monitoring inventory and pricing updates, resolving discrepancies, and providing support to partners to optimize their listing performance. The Senior Extranet DMC will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders and stay updated with industry best practices to implement strategic improvements.

  • Regularly compare rates with competitors to maintain competitiveness.
  • Check reflection daily and report any issues.
  • Contact and cooperate with new suppliers ,especially in (Europe / Asia / America ).
  • Review new hotels and Maintain product database for partners.
  • Negotiate with vendors to get the best and exclusive pricing.
  • Generate daily rate disparity reports.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in handling online booking systems and extranet platforms
  • Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Experience in data analysis to monitor and optimize hotel partner performance
  • Ability to troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide exceptional partner support
  • Familiarity with the B2B travel industry and market trends is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills.
  • Knowledgeable with hotels and other hospitality industry details.
  • Bachelor's degree Excellent English language is a must Expertise in countries and cities information.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular): Proficient in using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for day-to-day tasks and reporting.
