SENIOR FACIALIST & SPA THERAPIST

ABOUT THE ROLE

SENSASIA is seeking experienced Facialists and Senior Spa Therapists who bring both skill and soul to their work. This role is ideal for specialists who have mastered their techniques and are ready to join a brand that values professionalism, care, and genuine connection with clients.

We are particularly interested in facialists with strong hands-on experience in advanced, results-driven skin treatments, as well as senior therapists skilled in body techniques such as lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, and Madero therapy.

You'll deliver a curated range of facial and body treatments, working with confidence and requiring minimal training to deliver excellence from day one.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Treatment Delivery

•Perform SENSASIA's range of treatments with exceptional quality and consistency, with a strong focus on facial treatments.

•Deliver specialized body treatments such as lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, detox massage, and Madero therapy.

•Tailor each treatment to the client's needs while maintaining brand standards.

•Maintain impeccable hygiene, presentation, and attention to detail in every treatment suite.

Client Care

•Build strong client relationships through professionalism, warmth, and personalized service.

•Provide expert consultation and skin-focused recommendations, including treatment plans and product advice.

•Ensure every guest leaves feeling genuinely cared for and seeing visible results.

Professional Conduct & Growth

•Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountability.

•Stay up to date with facial techniques, skincare trends, and advanced treatment methods.

•Support a positive, team-oriented environment and uphold SENSASIA's reputation for excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

•Diploma or certification or training in facial therapy, spa therapy, massage, or aesthetics.

•Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a premium spa or clinic environment.

•Strong expertise in facials and skin-focused treatments is essential.

•Additional experience in body therapies such as lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, or Madero therapy is highly preferred.

•Strong consultation and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
