We are seeking an experienced Senior Specialist in Facility Management to lead our non-technical, soft-service operations. This role is critical to our daily operations and requires a proactive approach to ensure a clean, safe, and productive workplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing services like cleaning, hospitality, waste management, and landscaping to maintain the highest standards for our facility.
Core Purpose: To guarantee a high-quality, clean, and welcoming workplace environment by expertly managing all soft services, vendors, and teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all daily soft services, including cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, hospitality, and workplace supplies.
- Lead, schedule, and direct in-house service teams and third-party vendors.
- Manage vendor contracts, monitor performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and oversee the soft services budget.
- Conduct regular quality and safety audits to ensure compliance with all standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve service quality and efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all soft-service inquiries and issues.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of facility management experience, with a strong specialization in soft services.
- Proven skill in vendor management, contract negotiations, and budget oversight.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality protocols and best practices in workplace services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure high standards in a fast-paced environment.
