Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Makkah. The responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities, managing a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency. The Senior Facilities Manager will also be liaising with clients, monitoring budgets, handling vendor contracts, and implementing sustainable facility management practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in facility operations, vendor management, and safety compliance
• Strong skills in leadership, team management, and operational decision-making
• Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and strategic planning
• Knowledge of MEP systems, civil services, and life safety practices
• Familiarity with ISO and OHSAS standards in facilities management
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in Facilities Management are an advantage
• Previous experience in the Middle East region is preferred
