Job Description

We are working with a globally recognised, design-led interior architecture studio known for delivering exceptional high-end residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. With an established international presence and a reputation for refined, detail-driven work, they are looking to appoint a Senior FF&E Designer to join their London team.

This is a key role within the studio, leading the FF&E process from concept through to installation on prestigious, design-focused projects. You will take ownership of sourcing, specifying, and curating bespoke furniture, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring each scheme reflects the studio's signature level of quality and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead FF&E design packages across multiple high-end projects
  • Develop and present creative concepts, mood boards, and detailed specifications
  • Source bespoke furniture, fabrics, lighting, and accessories from global suppliers
  • Manage supplier relationships, pricing, and procurement processes
  • Produce detailed FF&E schedules, specifications, and budgets
  • Oversee installations and ensure design intent is delivered on site
  • Collaborate closely with interior designers, architects, and project teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior FF&E role within luxury residential or hospitality design
  • Strong design sensibility with a refined eye for detail, materials, and finishes
  • Extensive supplier knowledge and experience sourcing bespoke items
  • Proficiency in FF&E documentation and specification packages
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, design-driven environment
