About the Role:
Our client is seeking a Senior Interior and FF&E Designer who has been trained and professionally experienced in the UK, to join their design team. The role focuses on high end luxury residential projects, requiring a strong design eye, technical understanding, and the ability to lead FF&E packages end to end.
This position suits a confident, detail-driven designer who can operate at a senior level and deliver refined, high-quality FF&E solutions aligned with luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FF&E design packages for luxury residential projects from concept through to completion.
- Develop FF&E concepts that align with the interior design narrative and client brief.
- Prepare mood boards, FF&E schedules, material palettes, specifications, and sample boards.
- Source premium furniture, lighting, fabrics, finishes, accessories, and bespoke items.
- Coordinate closely with Interior Designers to ensure cohesive FF&E and ID integration.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors.
- Manage FF&E budgets, procurement schedules, and timelines.
- Review and approve samples, shop drawings, mock-ups, and substitutions.
- Attend client presentations, supplier meetings, and site visits as required.
- Ensure all FF&E selections meet luxury, quality, budget, and programme requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior FF&E Designer with Interior Design exposure.
- UK-trained, with demonstrable professional experience on UK projects.
- Strong background in luxury residential design (essential) In-depth knowledge of UK and international FF&E suppliers and brands.
- High level of competency in FF&E documentation and specifications.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- AutoCAD proficient.
