Role Description
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Field to Leads field geology execution and provides advanced interpretation support, bridging field data capture with client-ready reporting and model updates
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise field activities; enforce consistent
codes and SOPs.
- Lead drill logging; interpret results to guide next steps
and priorities.
- Review QA/QC batches; coordinate with labs for corrective
actions.
- Produce high-quality technical notes, maps, sections, and
report inputs.
- Mentor junior staff; lead field audits for safety and
quality.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Geology
6–10 years experience in exploration/field leadership.
- Strong reporting skills and GIS familiarity; remote/rotational
readiness.
