Job Purpose: To lead field marketing operations across Barns branches by planning and executing promotional campaigns, enforcing brand standards, managing agency partnerships, and delivering data-driven insights that elevate customer experience and strengthen brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of field marketing campaigns across all branches in alignment with the broader marketing strategy.
- Oversee the distribution and correct display of promotional and advertising materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct regular branch audits to assess visual identity compliance and promotional implementation, escalating gaps to relevant stakeholders.
- Drive the execution of launch events, seasonal campaigns, and high-impact promotional initiatives, managing timelines and on-ground teams.
- Prepare and present comprehensive field reports covering performance analysis, branch readiness assessments, and strategic recommendations to management.
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing, operations, and maintenance teams to resolve display and visual presentation issues efficiently.
- Own and maintain the branch database and promotional inventory system, ensuring accuracy and operational readiness.
- Anticipate and respond to field marketing needs across existing and new branches, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior field marketing team members, providing direction, feedback, and support in day-to-day activities.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, leading briefings, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Contribute to budget tracking for field marketing activities, supporting cost-efficient planning and resource allocation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in field marketing or brand operations, preferably within an F&B or multi-branch retail environment.
- Proven track record of leading campaigns end-to-end and managing external vendors or agencies.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate field observations into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization.
