Job Description

We are looking for one exceptional senior UI/UX and visual web designer to design a premium, modern and development-ready corporate website in Figma. We are a Dubai-based technology and engineering group repositioning our website around enterprise-grade AI governance, secure infrastructure and compliance-oriented digital systems. This is not a request for a basic landing page, a template modification or a collection of attractive Dribbble screens. We need a senior designer who can take a detailed page-by-page content document, understand complex enterprise concepts, establish a strong visual direction, create an intuitive information hierarchy and deliver a complete Figma system that our development team can implement immediately. The complete website content has already been prepared. You will not be expected to invent the strategy or rewrite the business. Your responsibility is to turn approved content into a distinctive, credible and highly usable digital experience. The design objective The finished website should feel:

Premium, confident and enterprise-grade
Modern without following temporary design trends
Technically sophisticated but easy to understand
Appropriate for enterprises, institutions and senior decision-makers
Visually distinctive without becoming decorative or difficult to develop
Content-led, highly readable and responsive
Credible enough for regulated, technical and compliance-sensitive audiences We want strong visual storytelling, excellent typography, disciplined spacing, intelligent interaction and original information design. We do not want:
A generic SaaS template
A typical dark AI website with random neon gradients
Robot heads, artificial brains, floating circuit boards or generic cloud graphics
Excessive glass effects that reduce readability
A concept that looks impressive but cannot be developed
Recycled components from unrelated projects
Lorem ipsum or placeholder content in the final designs Content authority A detailed page-by-page content document will be provided after the engagement begins. That document is the sole authority for the website messaging and page structure. The existing website may be used to review approved assets and understand the previous design, but its old copy, old positioning and former service categories must not be reused unless we explicitly approve them. The new website is capability-based and, at this stage, excludes product and subsidiary names. Some parts of the content document are marked as pending management approval. The designer must preserve or flag these areas and must not create replacement claims. Three exact status labels appear in the content and must remain accurate and visually clear:

Live in production
Live as a registry Website scope The website includes roughly seventeen page types across a governance and control narrative, four capability-area solution pages, a client-proof section, about, blog and news, contact, and the standard legal and utility pages. The full sitemap, exact page titles and category names will be shared privately once the engagement begins, since some of this structure is still pending internal sign-off. Some solution pages may use a shared underlying template, but each page must still feel deliberate and appropriate to its content. Critical visual communication work One core section of the site contains complex governance ideas that must be explained visually. You will design original diagrams for concepts including:
One central control point with isolated, separated operating environments
A multi-step approval and decision sequence
An incident remaining contained within one isolated environment
Human approval required before execution
The separation between shared central rules and local, protected operational data These must look institutional, original and understandable. They must not look like generic flowcharts or stock infographics. You should be highly capable in information design, systems diagrams and visual explanation. Your responsibilities You will:
Review the supplied content and existing website
Validate the proposed sitemap and page hierarchy
Identify reusable page patterns without forcing every page into the same layout
Present two clearly differentiated visual directions
Create low-fidelity structure for the principal page types
Design the complete high-fidelity desktop experience
Design responsive tablet and mobile versions
Create the governance diagrams and supporting visual language
Build a reusable Figma design system
Create a clickable prototype for the principal navigation and interactions
Prepare the final file for direct developer implementation
Apply consolidated feedback during the seven-day sprint
Deliver all source files, components, assets and documentation Required Figma quality The final Figma file must include:
Auto Layout throughout
Reusable components and variants
Variables or tokens for colour, typography, spacing, radius and other repeated values
Clear responsive behaviour
Desktop, tablet and mobile layouts
Recommended reference widths of approximately 1440px, 768px and 390px
Properly named pages, frames, components and layers
Documented typography and spacing systems
Navigation, buttons, forms, cards, FAQ components and interaction states
Hover, focus, selected, open, disabled and error states where applicable
Developer notes for any non-obvious responsive or interactive behaviour
Export-ready icons, illustrations and assets
A clean developer handoff through Figma
No flattened page designs
No unnecessary component detachment
No inaccessible text sizes or low-contrast decorative styling The design should target WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility principles, including readable contrast, clear focus states, logical hierarchy, understandable forms and keyboard-friendly interaction planning. Deliverables

Required experience
At least seven years of professional UI/UX, product or web design experience
A strong portfolio of premium enterprise or B2B websites
Demonstrable experience with AI, enterprise software, infrastructure, cybersecurity, regulated technology, compliance, fintech or similarly complex subjects
Advanced Figma expertise
Strong information architecture and content hierarchy skills
Experience turning long-form technical content into clear web experiences
Excellent typography and visual-system skills
Experience creating original diagrams and technical visualisations
Strong understanding of responsive web design
Practical accessibility knowledge
Experience collaborating directly with front-end developers
Ability to explain the reasoning behind your design decisions
Excellent written and spoken English

Individual designer requirement We are hiring the person whose portfolio we review. Do not apply if a salesperson will attend the interview and the work will later be assigned to an unnamed junior designer. Individual senior freelancers are preferred. An agency may apply only if the exact senior designer named in the proposal will personally lead and execute the work throughout the seven-day sprint. Ownership and licensing Upon final payment:
We must receive full ownership of the final editable Figma file and project-specific design assets
Every external asset must have a valid commercial licence
Fonts and paid resources must be identified before approval
No copyrighted template, component pack or third-party work may be presented as original
Portfolio display of the completed project will require our written approval
