Job Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to guide business decisions
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Should have a strong background in FinTech and Financial Services, with the ability to manage and understand the sector end-to-end
- Operating at a level directly below the CFO.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors
- Optimise financial processes and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Support strategic initiatives with financial insights
- Lead and mentor the finance team
- Collaborate with other departments for financial planning and execution
The Successful Applicant
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- A strong background in finance, accounting, and end-to-end controllership, with significant experience in the fintech ecosystem.
- CA with 6+ years of experience
- Good knowledge of RBI, audits and compliances
- Experience in handling audits and compliance
- Confidence using financial tools and software
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
