We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, and compliance in a fully remote environment. This role will partner closely with leadership to drive financial performance and support long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and variance reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and internal controls
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Coordinate audits and work with external auditors and advisors
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to leadership
- Lead and mentor a distributed finance team
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA/ACCA preferred)
- 8+ years of finance experience with proven leadership background
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
- Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
