Salary: AED 50,000 60,000 per month + Benefits
We are supporting a highly respected, large-scale organisation in the UAE with the appointment of an Arabic-speaking Senior Finance Manager to take on a key strategic leadership role within a complex, high-performing business environment.
This position sits at the senior management level and will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring robust financial governance across a matrixed, operationally intensive business.
This opportunity is particularly suited to candidates currently operating within large corporates, government, semi-government, or leading multinational environments, seeking a high-impact role with significant visibility and influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and operational stakeholders
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Provide commercial insight to support growth, investment, and operational decisions
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to executive level
- Drive performance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities
- Ensure strong financial governance, controls, and regulatory compliance
- Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing finance team
- Support business transformation, optimisation, and expansion initiatives
Candidate Profile
- Fluent Arabic and English (essential)
- Currently operating at Senior Finance Manager, Finance Business Partner, or equivalent level
- Experience within large, complex organisations (government, semi-government, multinational, or leading regional groups)
- Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience
- Proven leadership capability managing teams and senior stakeholders
- Professional finance qualification required (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience supporting operational, asset-heavy, or multi-site businesses is highly advantageous
