A leading and well-established hospital located in Mohandessin is seeking to hire a Senior Finance Manager with extensive experience in the healthcare sector to lead and manage all financial functions of the organization.

• Oversee and manage the hospital's full financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the hospital's long-term growth and sustainability.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and healthcare financial regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and profitability across all departments.
• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, supervision, and performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Support senior management with financial insights for strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree is a strong plus).
• Minimum 1015 years of progressive experience in finance, with proven experience in hospitals or large healthcare organizations.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, cost accounting, and healthcare financial operations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
