About the Role

Innovate Project Development (IPD), a Dubai-based real estate developer providing development and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services, is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Manager to lead financial management, project cost control, revenue management and financial reporting.

Working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team, the successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening financial governance and driving the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Monitor project costs, commitments, budget variances and cost-to-complete.
• Manage revenue, invoicing, billing, receivables and collections.
• Oversee project escrow accounts and ensure DLD/RERA compliance.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and IFRS requirements.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial dashboards and CEO reports.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies and approval procedures.
• Lead the finance team and drive ERP and reporting improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or CA is highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with substantial experience in Dubai's real estate development and/or PMC sector.
• Strong expertise in project budgeting, cost control and financial forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with DLD/RERA regulations, escrow accounts and off-plan sales accounting.
• Solid understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and IFRS 15.
• Advanced Excel, financial modelling and ERP experience (SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ideal Candidate:

A commercially driven finance leader with extensive Dubai real estate experience, capable of providing strategic financial insights and advising C-suite leadership.
