Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations for the steel processing factory. Actively design and continuously optimize internal financial systems, controls, and workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance.
• Direct trade and supply chain finance activities, including LC issuance, inventory financing, and tray business.
• Act as a strategic financial partner to cross-functional departments (Sales, Production, and Procurement). Provide actionable financial insights to drive overall business objectives, control costs, and mitigate risks.
• Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing internal finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, continuous learning, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of financial experience, strictly within the steel, rebar, or heavy manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in LC issuance, trade finance, and supply chain financing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective cross-departmental alignment and stakeholder management.
• A solid network with local banks in the UAE is preferred.
