About the Role:

Position: Financial Accountant

Location: Hyderabad, India (Remote with occasional UAE travel)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with UAE-specific regulations.

Month/Year-End Closing: Manage month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.

Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee invoice processing and payments, ensuring timely and accurate management.

Tax Compliance: Handle UAE-specific VAT and corporate tax filings, and develop tax-efficient strategies.

Fixed Assets Management: Maintain and reconcile fixed assets registers.

Process Improvements: Streamline workflows and implement automation for enhanced efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic business initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's or CPA/CMA preferred).

Experience: 3-5 years in accounting, with strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE regulations.

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel.

Expertise in month-end/year-end closing, reconciliations, and tax compliance (UAE-specific).

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
