Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic and operational decision-making through strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role works closely with leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain advanced financial models (3-statement models, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, unit economics).
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles and support long-range planning.
- Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and clearly explain key drivers.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management summaries for leadership.
- Analyze cost structures, margins, and profitability across products, initiatives, or channels.
- Support pricing analysis, business cases, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with non-finance teams to translate business plans into financial outcomes.
- Improve financial processes, controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc financial and strategic analysis for senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 47+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
- Solid understanding of P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet analysis.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience working with Odoo ERP (mandatory or strong advantage).
- Ability to operate independently in a high-growth, execution-focused environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
