Senior Financial Analyst (Emirati)

HIRING | FINANCIAL ANALYSIS SPECIALIST

We are looking for a Financial Analysis Specialist to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting within a project-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate annual budgets, submissions and departmental requirements

Prepare forecasts and analyse actuals vs. budget and prior periods

Monitor OPEX & CAPEX, identify variances and recommend corrective actions

Develop financial models and scenario analysis for funding and resource allocation

Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations

Support financial analysis of projects, initiatives and budget utilisation

Work closely with Finance, project teams and stakeholders to improve forecasting and reporting

Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls and reporting timelines

Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

Experience in FP&A, budgeting, financial planning, management reporting or financial analysis

Government, infrastructure or project-based experience is an advantage

Strong Excel & financial modelling skills

ERP and Power BI experience preferred

ACCA / CPA / CIMA / CFA is an advantage

Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
