Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SeniorFinancial Analyst to drive financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making in a fast-growing fintech environment. This role will play a key part in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and supporting business growth initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Prepare monthly management reports, KPIs, and variance analysis
• Build and maintain financial models to support business and product decisions
• Analyze revenue streams, unit economics, and cost structures
• Partner with Product, Sales, Operations, and Tech teams to provide financial insights
• Support pricing analysis, business cases, and new product launches
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and adherence to internal controls
• Assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and investor-related analysis

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 35 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or consulting (fintech experience preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills experience with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is a strong plus
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
