SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST – FIXED INCOME & CREDIT Dubai, UAE

A leading investment organisation in Dubai is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Fixed Income & Credit to join its investment team.

This is a senior investment role exclusively focused on Fixed Income and Credit, with responsibility for analysing investment opportunities, conducting in-depth credit research and supporting portfolio management across GCC and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse sovereign, corporate and other Fixed Income & Credit investment opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth credit research, financial analysis, valuation and financial modelling.
• Assess credit quality, financial performance, capital structures, spreads, yields and key risk factors.
• Monitor Fixed Income portfolios, including credit spreads, ratings, yield curves and performance.
• Develop investment views and contribute to investment recommendations and decision-making.
• Prepare detailed investment memoranda, financial models, presentations and portfolio reports.
• Monitor global and regional market developments, including interest rates, inflation, monetary policy and macroeconomic trends.
• Conduct ongoing research across GCC and global Fixed Income markets.
• Liaise with asset managers, banks, advisors and internal investment teams.

Candidate Profile

• 4–7 years of experience in Fixed Income, Credit Research, Asset Management, Investment Management, Banking or a related investment environment.
• Strong experience in Fixed Income and Credit analysis, with a solid understanding of credit fundamentals and financial markets.
• Excellent financial modelling, valuation and investment research skills.
• Strong ability to assess investment opportunities and communicate investment views clearly.
• CFA qualification or progress towards the CFA is preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; Python, SQL or Power BI would be advantageous.
• GCC market exposure or experience with Sharia-compliant investments is a plus.

Package

Salary: Up to AED 25,000 per month, plus medical insurance, annual flight tickets for self and eligible dependents, and life insurance.
