Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Educational

Qualifications

• Chartered professional qualifications such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or CMA is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related discipline.

• MBA, MSc in Finance or Accounting, or another relevant postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.

Years of Experience

• Approximately 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least five years in a finance leadership position.

Nature of Experience

• Demonstrated experience working with a CFO, CEO, board, shareholders or business owners.

• Strong exposure to multi-entity, multinational or diversified business operations.

• Experience covering financial reporting, FP&A, treasury, audit, taxation, controls and commercial finance.

• UAE or wider GCC experience, including practical knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax and VAT, is strongly preferred.

• Experience in ERP implementation, financial transformation, automation or process improvement.

Language Skills • Proficient in English / Arabic desirabl
