The Senior Financial Analyst (CAPEX) will be responsible for analyzing and controlling CAPEX Spending and Reporting, as well as analyzing deviations and preparing proposals to avoid them in the future in line with the company's policies, Prepare Business Cassese for New Proposed Projects and Evaluate them After Implementation, Track CAPEX Cash Spending and Payment
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares and reports savings and productivities plan and follows them up on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure all CAPEX requests follow approval workflows, accounting guidelines, and corporate policy.
- Monitor capital project spend vs. budget, identify variances, and ensure corrective actions.
- Prepare CAPEX Business Plan and Rolling Estimate Files and Upload them
- Participate in project review meetings, providing financial guidance and risk assessment.
- Improve CAPEX governance frameworks, approval workflows, and reporting systems.
- Support digitalization initiatives (e.g., CAPEX trackers, BI dashboards, ERP enhancements).
- Prepare monthly CAPEX reports and dashboards for management.
- Conduct financial analysis including NPV, IRR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization.
ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field, Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP capital asset rules.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Excel/BI tools.
- Strong understanding of capital project accounting, financial modeling, and budget control
- 3-5 years of experience
