Job Description

• Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports.
• Manage a team of 10+
• Look after multi entity and group consolidation.
• Develop and oversee budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
• Monitor and enhance internal controls and financial policies.
• Support decision-making with financial insights and data analysis.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage audit processes.
• Manage financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Controller should have:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Multi entity and territory experience
• Experience managing large teams
• Experience in Africa is a MUST
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations.
• Proven experience in managing financial operations within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Effective leadership and communication abilities.
