Role Overview:
As a Senior FP&A Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of the organization. You will be responsible the development of advanced financial models, deliver strategic insights, and support high-impact decision-making across business units. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models for strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Conduct financial analysis including profitability, DCF, IRR, and payback metrics.
- Align financial strategies with business objectives through cross-functional collaboration.
- Deliver insights and recommendations using dashboards, presentations, and data visualizations.
- Analyze CAPEX performance, operational profitability, and KPIs across business units.
- Manage budgeting and reporting processes, including monthly reports, performance reviews, and rolling forecasts.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support senior leadership decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CFA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- 24 years of experience in FP&A with exposure to strategic planning and senior-level reporting.
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and consolidation.
- Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI; SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
