A leading international pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare company is looking for a commercially driven Senior FP&A Analyst to support business performance and strategic decision-making in KSA.
Reporting to: Finance Head KSA
We are looking for a commercially minded and analytically strong Senior FP&A Analyst to join our KSA team. This role plays a critical part in driving financial performance, supporting commercial decision-making, and ensuring effective planning, forecasting, and working capital management.
You will work closely with commercial and leadership teams, providing insights that directly influence business strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales, pricing, and margin performance to support commercial strategy and profitability improvement
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses aligned with business plans
- Monitor and track KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Support budgeting and planning cycles with accurate and timely financial data
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and commercial teams
- Contribute to working capital optimization and performance improvement initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Controlling
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Health, or Pharmaceutical sectors is highly preferred
- Prior exposure to Accounting or Audit is considered a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
