Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis Build, maintain, and automate recurring revenue and expense reports for leadership and business partners. Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and analysis as requested. Ensure all reporting outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with internal standards. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboards and data views.
Data Management & Accuracy Pull data from multiple sources (ERP, BI tools, databases, etc.) for financial reporting and analysis. Reconcile data between systems to identify and resolve discrepancies. Maintain data integrity and ensure calculations, classifications, and coding are correct.
Process & Timeliness Monitor recurring reporting deadlines to ensure deliverables are completed on time. Streamline and standardize reporting processes to improve efficiency. Support month-end and quarter-end close processes with revenue and expense analysis.
Preferred: Experience in FP&A, revenue accounting, or operational finance. SQL or other database query skills for data extraction. Experience automating reports and improving reporting processes.
