Task & Responsibilities:
1- End-to-End Finance Operations
- Manage daily accounting operations across multiple clients
- Full ownership of Xero / QuickBooks Online
- Ensure various cycle of closing (accurate & on time)
- Handle intercompany accounting
2- Management Reporting
- Prepare monthly management accounts:
- Create variance analysis: Actual vs Budget & Forecasting and Month-on-Month & YoY
3-Dashboards & BI (Core Value Add)
- Build and maintain Power BI / Tableau dashboards
- Design financial dashboards
4-Data, SQL & Systems
- Extract and transform financial data using SQL
- Integrate data from multiple resources
- Maintain clean datasets for reporting & analysis
- Reduce manual reporting through automation and structured data pipelines
Requirements:
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 48 years experience in finance operations / accounting
- Qualified Accountant (CA/ICAEW/ACCA/CPA)
- Strong hands-on expertise in Xero or QuickBooks Online
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Ability to manage multiple clients independently
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with startups, SMEs, or outsourced finance firms
- Exposure to VC-backed or high-growth businesses
