About the Role:
The Senior Fleet Coordinator Box is responsible for supporting and coordinating daily fleet operations to ensure smooth deliveries and operational efficiency. The role focuses on acting as a key point of contact between field offices, drivers, and internal teams, handling operational requests, attendance and performance follow-ups, and resolving day-to-day fleet issues. The Senior Fleet Coordinator also supports billing and driver wallet matters, maintains accurate fleet records, and works closely with the Supervisor to implement fleet policies and improve operational processes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate day-to-day fleet operations to ensure smooth delivery and operational efficiency
- Assist users with fleet-related requests, documentation, and operational processes
- Follow up with field offices and in-house drivers/couriers to resolve attendance, performance, or operational issues
- Handle issues related to driver wallets and small-scale billing matters, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies or queries
- Coordinate with Supervisor to implement fleet policies and operational improvements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for fleet operations, driver attendance, issue tracking, and billing support
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet operations or coordination
- Knowledge of fleet management processes, driver operations, and field coordination
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
