Floward
Job Purpose
The Senior Florist plays a key role in designing and producing creative floral arrangements while ensuring that Floward's standards of quality, consistency, and brand identity are met. This role combines hands-on artistry with operational support, guiding junior florists and supporting special projects, events, and offsite activations.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Artistic Creation
- Create and execute a wide range of floral arrangements for online orders, retail, corporate clients, and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all designs meet Floward's What you see is what you get standard.
- Stay current with global floral trends and adapt them to Floward's collections.
Operational & Event Support
- Oversee and support large-scale orders and event setups (weddings, corporate events, activations).
- Collaborate with operations to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders.
- Monitor flower storage and handling, ensuring optimal care and freshness.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
- Work with marketing and category teams to support campaigns and promotional shoots.
- Provide creative input for product launches and collections.
Team Guidance
- Mentor and support junior florists, sharing knowledge of techniques, care, and design standards.
Skills And Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in floral design.
- Strong artistic sense and technical skills in bouquet/arrangement design.
- Knowledge of floral care, seasonal availability, and handling.
- Event setup experience preferred.
