Role PurposeLead site execution teams to deliver daily production safely and to quality standards across multiple work fronts (roads/utilities/earthworks/structures).
Key Accountabilities- Allocate labour/plant, supervise crews, and drive daily productivity targets.
- Execute works per drawings/method statements/ITPs; maintain right-first-time quality.
- Coordinate interfaces with subcontractors and other trades; resolve site constraints.
- Enforce HSE practices: toolbox talks, PTW support, housekeeping, safe execution.
- Report progress, manpower, and issues; support inspections and close-out.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills- Trade background or diploma preferred.
- 8–12+ years; 3+ years as Foreman/Senior Foreman on infrastructure works.
- Strong leadership, practical planning, and discipline.
