As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, analysis, and business decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Provide FP&A support related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and financial metrics in a timely manner.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and provide meaningful financial insights.
• Provide reliable financial data and analysis to support decision-making, planning, and financial projections.
• Identify and understand business challenges and develop effective financial solutions.
• Partner directly with the Finance team and business stakeholders on financial metrics, goals, and business reviews.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business performance and decision-making.
• Identify and investigate variances against forecasts, budgets, and prior-year expenses.
• Proactively identify opportunities for financial and operational improvement.
• Prepare presentations with insightful analysis, key findings, and recommended action items.
• Support corporate projects and initiatives that impact the organization.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timely delivery of financial information and analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• General knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
• Experience in developing financial reports, analysis, and performance metrics.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different management levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a changing, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to present financial insights clearly and effectively and influence stakeholders through strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong business partnering and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive and support projects across the organization.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
