Description and Requirements

As a Sr.Financial Planning and Analysis Specialistyou will focuson financial planning and cost control within a manufacturing environment, with a key emphasis on CAPEX and manufacturing overhead (MVA) management. The role involves close collaboration with plant stakeholders to drive cost efficiency through forecasting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do:

- Lead MVA (manufacturing overheads) and CAPEX forecasting processes

- Perform variance and gap analysis against budget, quarter-to-quarter, year-over-year, and cost-to-complete metrics.

- Monitor and control CAPEX investments and manufacturing expenses within approved targets.

- Manage system approval processes related to CAPEX and MVA spending.

- Partner with plant stakeholders to improve cost visibility and financial accuracy.

- Conduct detailed analysis of manufacturing costs for key product models.

- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing cost structures.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance business performance.


What We Look For:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

- Fluency in English (spoken and written).

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
