Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior/Lead MERN Stack Developer to lead the development of robust, scalable web applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and leadership in driving technical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end web applications using the MERN stack.
- Lead architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Build reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Ensure technical documentation and best practices are followed.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Deep knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Proficient in RESTful API design and integration.
- Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD, and agile development workflows.
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
- Solid understanding of security, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of GraphQL, Docker, or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
