Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with deep expertise in JavaScript, React, and Next.js to join our growing engineering team.
In this role, you will:
- Take ownership of frontend architecture across complex FinTech platforms
- Lead performance-focused, scalable implementations
- Mentor developers and drive frontend standards
- Build secure, production-grade financial interfaces
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React and Next.js
- Architect SSR/SSG solutions and optimize performance for large-scale platforms
- Lead frontend structure, folder architecture, and reusable component systems
- Manage and mentor junior/mid-level frontend engineers
- Collaborate closely with backend (.NET) engineers and UI/UX designers
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and secure backend services
- Ensure performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices
- Conduct code reviews and enforce clean code standards
- Contribute to sprint planning and technical roadmap decisions
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Strong expertise in React and Next.js (SSR, routing, performance optimization)
- Deep understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
- Strong knowledge of API integration and authentication flows
- Experience optimizing frontend performance and bundle size
- Familiarity with frontend testing tools (Jest, Cypress, or similar)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
