Requirements
Senior Frontend Engineer Profile (3-5 Years)
Core Stack: React, React Native, Monorepos (Nx/Turbo), TypeScript.
Technical Requirements:
- Dual Mastery: 3+ years shipping production code in both React (Web) and React Native (Mobile)
- Monorepo Expert: Proven experience managing shared logic and libraries across platforms
- State and Data: Deep knowledge of Zustand/Redux, Redux-toolkit and Type-safe APIs
- Performance: Skilled in virtualization, mobile memory management, and build optimization
- Testing: Unit and Integration testing (Jest, RTL) and E2E (Detox/Cypress)
Proactive and Smart (Soft Skills):
- Ownership: Takes features from Figma to Production with minimal supervision
- Critical Thinker: Identifies edge cases and flags technical debt before coding
- Solution-Driven: Proactively suggests architectural improvements; does not just take tickets
- Communication: High-level technical English; clear articulation of why vs how
General Essentials:
- Web and Mobile Fundamentals: DOM APIs, CSS-in-JS, Mobile Lifecycles, and Offline Storage
- Clean Code: Strong grasp of SOLID principles, DRY, and modular architecture
