• Build and deliver a real-world frontend engineering curriculum
• Teach:
• Scalable frontend architecture
• Performance optimization
• State management at scale
• Production-grade patterns (not tutorials)
• Record sessions + run live Q&A/support
• Design realistic, industry-level projects
• Continuously improve content based on outcomes

• Currently working as a Senior Frontend Engineer (this is mandatory)
• 4+ years of real industry experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• React (or similar)
• Performance optimization
• Large-scale frontend systems
• Strong English communication (mandatory)
• → You must be able to clearly explain technical concepts in English
• Ability to simplify complex topics and teach them effectively

• Prior teaching or content creation experience
• Experience mentoring engineers
