Senior Full-Stack Developer

Job Summary

Al Farabi Clinics Group is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to enhance and develop our Farabi HR system. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the platform's performance, reliability, and user experience while developing HRMS/HRIS features that support employees, managers, and multiple branches.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in full-stack development, particularly Laravel, Vue 3, and Nuxt 3, along with proven experience developing or enhancing HR software platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess the existing HR system and improve its performance, reliability, scalability, and user experience.
• Develop and enhance HR features including attendance, shifts, leave, payroll, and employee self-service.
• Automate HR requests, approval workflows, notifications, and follow-up processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for HR and management teams.
• Implement role-based access controls across branches and departments.
• Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
• Ensure employee and HR data is handled securely and according to organizational requirements.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to translate requirements into practical software solutions.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation.
• Participate in testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel, TypeScript, and Cloudflare Functions.
• Strong experience with Vue 3, Nuxt 3, Tailwind CSS, Pinia, and Vuetify.
• Experience with cloud and infrastructure technologies including ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, CDN, and SQS.
• Proven experience developing or enhancing HRMS / HRIS platforms, supported by relevant project examples.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into software solutions.
• Experience with databases, testing, Git, and deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and data security.
• Experience working with systems supporting multiple branches and departments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Saudi HR requirements and processes is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage technical priorities effectively.
