Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer (Sr. Consultant) to design, develop, and maintain high-performance web and mobile applications. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for end-to-end engineering solutions—from responsive frontend development to scalable microservices backends and cloud deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development (40–50%): Build responsive web applications using React JS, Angular, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
Backend Development (40–50%): Develop backend services and microservices using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Node.js.
API Development & Integration: Design and consume REST APIs and maintain SOAP integrations.
Database Management: Optimize MongoDB (NoSQL) and relational databases (RDBMS/SQL).
Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage cloud applications on Azure or AWS using Docker containers and Kubernetes.
Mobile Application Support: Develop or maintain applications using Flutter or React Native.
Maintenance & Support: Enhance existing programs, troubleshoot issues, perform bug fixing, and carry out performance tuning.
Client Interaction: Serve in a client-facing capacity, driving technical discussions and delivering solutions.

Requirements & Skills

Experience: 5 to 8 years in full-stack development and program maintenance.
Frontend Skills: React JS, Angular, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Responsive Web Applications.
Backend Skills: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Node.js, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Microservices Architecture, OOPs principles.
Database Expertise: MongoDB (NoSQL) and RDBMS (SQL databases like Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server).
Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure/AWS, Docker containers, Kubernetes.
Mobile Tech: Hands-on experience or exposure to Flutter / React Native.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and client-handling skills (mandatory for client calls).
Mobility: Open to travelling as required.
