Project: Real Estate CRM – Finance & Payment Plan Module

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to design and develop a Real Estate Finance & Payment Plan Module within our CRM, including financial calculations, installment schedules, billing events, payment allocation, reconciliation, and integration with Oracle Fusion ERP through REST APIs.

The role requires proven experience in financial/ERP systems and real estate payment-plan logic, not general CRM or website development only.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a configurable Real Estate Finance & Payment Plan Engine covering selling prices, down payments, installments, due dates, handover/post-handover payments, discounts, penalties, partial payments, and outstanding balances.
• Develop Billing Event and Payment Plan Engines triggered by bookings, SPA signing, dates, construction milestones, handover, and other approved financial conditions.
• Develop receipt and payment allocation functionality, including partial, advance, and unallocated payments.
• Integrate the CRM with Oracle Fusion ERP / Oracle Receivables using REST APIs, including customers, invoices, receipts, balances, payment status, and transaction references.
• Implement API authentication, data mapping, validation, error handling, retries, logging, and idempotency.
• Develop automated CRM vs. Oracle reconciliation to identify missing transactions, duplicates, amount mismatches, and balance differences.
• Implement controlled workflows for discounts, waivers, adjustments, cancellations, and payment-plan amendments, with approval and full audit history.
• Develop customer financial statements and finance dashboards covering contract value, discounts, paid, outstanding, overdue, and future installments.
• Ensure complete audit trails, transaction integrity, automated testing, UAT, deployment, and technical documentation.

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience with ASP.NET Core / C# or Node.js.
• Strong REST API development and integration experience.
• Strong SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion REST APIs / Oracle Receivables.
• Experience with financial transaction systems, ERP/accounting systems, or payment-plan engines.
• Strong understanding of transaction management, reconciliation, background jobs/queues, security, error handling, and automated testing.
• Real estate CRM/ERP and property payment-plan experience is highly preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Proven experience developing enterprise-level financial or ERP-related applications.
• Experience owning projects from architecture and development through testing, UAT, production deployment, and handover.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has previously developed or integrated financial, accounting, receivables, ERP, or real-estate payment-plan systems and understands payment schedules, collections, financial adjustments, reconciliation, and Oracle integration.
