Senior Full Stack Developer – Next.js & React
Location: Remote
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry: Real Estate / PropTech
Market: Saudi Arabia
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our team and work on a Saudi Arabia-based Real Estate Application.
The role will focus primarily on Backend development using Node.js, along with React.js development for the application's Admin Dashboard and web interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
- Design, develop, and maintain secure RESTful APIs.
- Build and maintain the Admin Dashboard using React.js.
- Develop features related to properties, users, agents, listings, inquiries, and platform management.
- Design and optimize database structures and queries.
- Integrate third-party services and APIs such as maps, SMS/OTP, notifications, payments, and other required services.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.
- Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues across frontend and backend.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and technical discussions.
- Work closely with Product, UI/UX, QA, and other development teams.
- Take ownership of assigned features from development through deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with Node.js and backend development.
- Strong experience with React.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Experience with Express.js or NestJS.
- Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and API security.
- Strong understanding of Git and software development best practices.
- Experience with responsive web applications and Admin Dashboards.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in Real Estate / PropTech / Marketplace applications.
- Experience with Saudi Arabia-based products.
- Experience with Redis, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/GCP, or microservices.
- Experience integrating Google Maps, payment gateways, SMS/OTP, and notification services.
