Senior Full Stack Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end feature delivery and build scalable systems. The ideal candidate is fast, product-oriented, and experienced with AI-assisted development workflows.

This role goes beyond feature development and involves working closely with customers, product leaders, and stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into practical software solutions. You will play a key role in technical discovery, solution design, and implementation planning, helping shape both the product roadmap and the technical approach while ensuring solutions deliver real business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services (APIs, authentication, database layers)
• Build and integrate frontend components with backend systems
• Design scalable and modular architecture
• Integrate third-party services (Firebase, REST APIs)
• Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Collaborate directly with product leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience
• Strong experience in Node.js or PHP
• Solid understanding of API design and database modeling
• Experience building and shipping real products
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, etc.)
• Ability to deliver features quickly and independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flutter or React
• Experience with cloud services and DevOps basics
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience
