We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and Generative AI-assisted software development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications and a strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive tasks from design through delivery.
This role requires an engineer who is proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced product engineering environments with minimal supervision. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, a go-getter attitude, and the ability to take complete ownership of deliverables without requiring frequent follow-ups.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js and React.js
- Build secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services
- Develop responsive and reusable frontend components using React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices
- Design and implement scalable enterprise-grade solutions across business platforms and enterprise systems
- Leverage Generative AI tools and AI-assisted coding practices to improve development productivity and code quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring application performance and reliability
- Follow software engineering best practices including clean code, testing, documentation, and CI/CD processes
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables from requirement analysis through production deployment
- Continuously identify opportunities for engineering improvements and process optimization
Required Technical Skills
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
- Strong expertise in:
- Node.js
- React.js
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- TypeScript
- Strong understanding of:
- RESTful API development
- Microservices architecture
- Frontend and backend application design principles
- Software design patterns and best practices
- Hands-on experience developing scalable enterprise applications
- Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases

Generative AI Requirements
- Hands-on experience working with Generative AI-assisted development tools and workflows
- Experience using AI coding tools such as:
- GitHub Copilot
- Claude Code
- Cursor
- ChatGPT or similar AI-assisted development platforms
- Understanding of prompt engineering concepts for software development
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, and development efficiency
