About Us
Fincart is revolutionizing eCommerce logistics and financing. We empower merchants to scale by integrating multi-courier shipping, international logistics, and flexible financing into one seamless platform. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are looking for a visionary Engineering Manager to lead our technical teams and bridge the gap between complex logistics and cutting-edge AI.

- You don't just build UI; you build scalable frontend systems. You have a deep mastery of Next.js, Server Components, and complex state management.
- You are an expert in Node.js and NestJS. You design APIs that are clean, secure, and built to handle the Black Friday level loads of our merchants.
- You know MongoDB inside out, schema design, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning are part of your daily toolkit.
- You have a crush on the Shopify ecosystem. You understand how stores work, how their data flows, and how to build apps that live inside their world.
What You'll Do
- Build and own end-to-end features using the MERN stack + Next.js.
- Lead the shift toward highly performant, SEO-friendly, and scalable frontend architectures using Next.js.
- Design and scale NestJS microservices that integrate with logistics providers and financial gateways.
- Lead our integration strategy with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, ensuring Fincart feels native to the merchant's workflow.
- Drive engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, unit testing, and technical documentation.
