Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI / Voice & Agentic Systems)
Role Overview
A venture-backed AI company building next-generation products across Voice AI, conversational interfaces, and autonomous agent systems is looking to hire a Senior Full-stack Engineer to join its core team.
The business is at an inflection point, having already built early traction and now scaling aggressively into a market experiencing unprecedented growth in AI adoption across the GCC. This is a genuine 0→1 and 1→10 journey, where engineering hires will directly influence product direction, architecture, and long-term technical strategy.
The Role
This is a high-impact, product-focused engineering role with significant ownership. You will operate across the full stack, working closely with founders and AI engineers to bring complex, AI-driven products into production.
You will:
- Design and build end-to-end product features, from user-facing interfaces to backend services
- Architect and scale systems supporting real-time, AI-powered workflows (e.g. voice interactions, agent orchestration)
- Integrate and operationalise LLMs and GenAI frameworks into production environments
- Work on low-latency, high-reliability systems, particularly where user experience is critical (e.g. voice, chat)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and AI teams to rapidly iterate on features
- Contribute to technical decision-making, including system design, tooling, and best practices
- Support the delivery of high-impact external projects, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions
Minimum Requirements
- Languages: TypeScript (frontend/backend), Python (AI/services layer)
- Frameworks: Next.js, FastAPI
- AI Stack: Modern GenAI tooling, LLM integrations, agent orchestration frameworks
- Architecture: API-first, microservices-oriented, real-time systems
What We're Looking For
Core Engineering Capability
- Strong experience as a Full-stack or Backend-leaning Engineer in product-driven environments
- Deep proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
- Proven experience building and shipping scalable, production-grade systems
- Strong understanding of system design, APIs, and distributed systems fundamentals
AI / Product Exposure (Preferred, not essential)
- Experience working with LLMs, AI products, or data-driven systems
- Exposure to real-time applications (e.g. chat, voice, streaming)
- Interest in agentic workflows, automation, and AI-native product design
