We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Product Engineer who owns features end-to-end: from problem discovery and product design to implementation, delivery, and iteration. You will code at the frontier of insurtech and AI, helping us shape scalable APIs, seamless integrations, and delightful front-end experiences that reimagine how insurance is built, delivered, and loved.
This role is remote-basedwithin the Middle East/GCC region, with the option to utilize our Dubai office. Candidates must be available for working hours that overlap with both Middle East and Asia time zones.
Your Impact
- Own product features end-to-end, taking responsibility for defining the problem, shaping the solution, and delivering high-quality outcomes that create real customer value.
- Build, optimize, and maintain high-quality APIs, scalable backend services, and modern front-end components that power next-generation insurance experiences.
- Work directly with product, design, and stakeholders to translate customer needs into clear technical and product decisions without handoffs.
- Design and implement a clean, robust, and maintainable codebase that developers are proud to build on.
- Partner with product & engineering to ship features end-to-end, from database to UI, that make complex insurance processes feel effortless.
- Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, scalability, and usability, acting as both a product thinker and senior engineer.
- Help drive the development of our conversational layer, where natural language and AI Agents give superpowers to everyone, from configuring products and APIs to shaping funnels, portals, and customer journeys simply by chatting.
- Unlock a new way for end-customers to manage their insurance, profile, and claims through intuitive conversations, and for clients/admins to handle policies, data, and workflows just as easily.
- Maintain strong code quality with thorough testing, clear documentation, and constructive reviews.
- Continuously validate solutions through feedback, metrics, and usage data, and iterate to improve outcomes after launch.
