Role Purpose
Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and optimization of scalable and secure full-stack applications.
Scope of Role
Full-stack delivery across architecture, frontend and mobility solutions, backend services and integrations, database design, DevOps pipelines and deployment, security, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into robust technical architecture and select the appropriate technology stack.
- Develop responsive, high-performance frontend UI using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and support web and mobility solutions, including low-code/no-code platforms.
- Design and implement secure backend services including APIs, business logic, and integrations.
- Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, monitoring, and automation.
- Apply secure coding practices aligned with OWASP standards.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Implement testing strategies and continuously improve system quality and performance.
Requirement
- 79+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
- Backend development experience with .NET/Java/Node/Python and REST/GraphQL.
- Experience designing and optimizing SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with DevOps tools: Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions.
- Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Cloud, DevOps, Agile certifications preferred.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum / DevOps environments.
