Senior Governance & Third Party Risk Manager

We are looking for a Senior Governance & TPRM Manager to drive critical governance change and efficiency gains by establishing policy and document governance, consolidating policies and Delegations of Authority, and defining a structured third-party risk management framework.

Our client based in Dubai, is one of the largest semi-governmental conglomerates in the region. This position is a contract role with a duration of 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define a policy and document governance framework.
• Merge and simplify policies.
• Merge and simplify Delegations of Authority.
• Define a third-party risk management framework.
• Drive successful project delivery.
• Update and approve policy governance framework
• Update and approve Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework
• Simplify, update and approve policy portfolio, including all documents
• Simplify, update and approve Delegation of Authority (DoA) document
• Simplify approval workflows

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Risk and process understanding.
• Problem statement definition.
• Policy and procedure frameworks.
• Third-party risk management expertise.
• Delegation of Authority and approval workflow expertise.
• Project management.
• Oracle Fusion experience preferred.
• Ability to drive progress and change.
