Salary: SAR 19,000 – 20,000 per month
We are looking for a Senior Governance Specialist to join our team and support the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of corporate governance practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and maintain governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and delegated authority matrices.
- Monitor compliance with governance policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Support governance committees by preparing agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
- Conduct governance assessments and recommend improvements to strengthen governance practices.
- Collaborate with business functions to ensure governance principles are effectively embedded across the organization.
- Support the implementation of governance initiatives and monitor progress against established objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Governance, GRC, Risk Management, Compliance, or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in holding companies, diversified groups, or organizations with multiple subsidiaries or business units is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as GRCP, CGRC, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
Ideal Candidate
We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within group or holding company structures, where governance is applied across multiple subsidiaries or business units. Experience supporting governance in complex, multi-entity organizations will be considered a strong advantage.
